The Total Leader Concept consists of 4 modules – each with its own dedicated course – and focuses similar to a matrix structure on the emotional and rational developmental potential both for the personal and the company level. The in-service courses take three to six months. During this period the course participants will have a 2-hour meeting with their instructor more or less every three weeks.
